In our Eleanitza class,we are preparing a presentation about comflicts happening around the world. Our group decided to do the presentation about the comflict between Chechnya and Russia. We think that this comflict is interesting because the media don´t mention the comflict very often and we think that is important to know what is happening in other parts of the world. UKRAINE FRIEND

 Hello!

 

Now I'm going to tell you about a friend that has born in Ukraine and now she is living in Madrid. I know that Ukraine it isn't in the EU, but, our teacher asked to interview a person that has emigrated to Spain.

 

In my case is a girl that is 17 years old and she was born in Ukraine. Her name is Valeria and I asked some things.

 

 

    Me: When have you come to Spain?

 

       When I was 7 years old

 

   Me: Why did you come to Spain?

 

      Because my mum has to come here to work.

 

   Me: What do you like more Spain or Ukraine?

 

      For me both places are okay, because when I was younger I was living in Ukraine and I was   happy but now also, because I have been here more time and I have to have in count that my friends are here so I could say that I prefer to stay here in Madrid.

 

   Me: Can you remember something that is different from Spain?

 

        I cannot remember a lot of thing because I was too Young, but I only know that the

        winters in Ukraine are horrible in a normal day of Winter can be -20. I remembered

        that because I remembered when I was Young that in winters we put the  smokestack

        and we stayed there because it was imposible to go outside with that cold.

I SAW A FILM!!!

 

Hello!!

Last week I saw a film called The Hunger Games, I have already seen it in spanish but I wanted to try to see it in English. First it was a little bit difficult to understand,but while the film was going on I understood better. I think that is a good oportunity to see a film in English because like this you can learn new things and also the pronunciation. One of the reason to see it again was because the past saturday it realised the second part of this Catching Fire. I would recomend you to see it, both films the first and the second. If you are a person that also like Reading you have the book of this films. Or other case can be that you saw the film and now you got intrigue to know how does it finished , that this is my case ;), so in this case you can read it that this will be what I'm going to do.

THE HUNGER GAMES

 Basically, Katniss is a 16 year old girl living in a very poor district in the remains of what used to be North America. Every year, the government leaders hold a competition forcing every district (there are 12 of them) to send out two 12-18 year olds to compete in what they named the Hunger Games. Sounds...kind of fun, I know.

BUT! The twenty four teenagers that participate have to kill each other until only one remains standing, gaining a great amount of food and fame if and only if they win.

 

CATCHING FIRE

Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games. She and fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark are miraculously still alive. Katniss should be relieved, happy even. After all,
she has returned to her family and her longtime friend, Gale. Yet nothing is the way Katniss wishes it to be. Gale holds her at an icy distance. Peeta has turned his back on her completely. And there are whispers of a rebellion against the Capitol  a rebellion that Katniss and Peeta may have helped create.

Much to her shock, Katniss has fueled an unrest she’s afraid she cannot stop. And what scares her more is that she’s not entirely convinced she should try. As time draws near for Katniss and Peeta to visit the districts on the Capitol’s cruel Victory Tour, the stakes are higher than ever. If they can’t prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that they are lost in their love for each other, the consequences will be horrifying.

 

WHAT DOES EU MEAN FOR ME??

Hello!!

In eleanitza our teacher ask what does the European Unión mean for us. At the beginning of the course nobody was able to answer this question but now I could.

For me the EU is a kind of economic and political union and as we are a part of it, the decisions they take affect us, because we are Europeans.

Being in the European Unión has some advantages like you can travel without a Passport and also you can have help to go to a country if you don't have enough money

HALLO!!

I'm in the EUNI class and we are learning German. We usually have class on thursdays and we are learning a lot of things like numbers, how do you say I,he,she,they.... Now I am going to put a phot of the numbers, not all of them of course!! ;)


     

 

Here we have how to say I am, you are, he/she/it is , we are, they are:

      I am = Ich bin

      You are (we have two options) = You are formal= sie sind
                                                            You are informal= du bist

    He is= Er ist
   
    She is= Sie ist

    It is= Esist

    We are= Wir sind

    They are= Sie sind


Apart from this we also have learn more things but all that we have already study are the basic things of a language in this case the German language
